Abstract Comtek provides non-redundant, wireless FM assistive listening systems used in education, theaters, courtrooms, and houses of worship. This paper presents the standard Comtek frequency chart, explains channel allocation, and offers guidance on selecting interference-free frequencies. 1. Introduction Comtek transmitters and receivers operate in the 72–76 MHz band (VHF low band) and the 216–217 MHz band. Correct frequency matching between transmitter and receiver is critical.
