Gordon Ramsay (voiceover): "Welcome to Valencia, a city known for its stunning architecture, beautiful beaches, and delicious Mediterranean cuisine. But in the heart of the old town, there's a restaurant that's struggling to stay afloat. El Patio de Tapas, a family-owned business, has been serving traditional Spanish dishes for over 20 years. But despite its prime location, the restaurant is on the brink of collapse. Owner Carlos García is at his wit's end, and that's where I come in."
