For the uninitiated, Dikkenek (loosely Flemish for “big neck” or “show-off”) stars Marion Cotillard, Dominique Pinon, and Jean-Luc Couchard. It’s a loud, chaotic, and deeply Belgian love letter to Brussels’ absurdity. But here’s the catch: the film is a linguistic train wreck (in the best way).
