If you’ve been backing up your Blu-ray and DVD collection for years, you’ve likely run into this dreaded message. Cinavia is a DRM (Digital Rights Management) system designed to prevent unauthorized copying. Unlike old school CSS encryption, Cinavia hides an inaudible code in the audio track itself.
Because Cinavia is embedded in the audio stream, it is notoriously difficult to remove. DVDFab offers a specific tool called (part of the All-In-One package). However, this removal process works differently depending on the source.
