The Vodafone R219h is a fantastic piece of kit. It supports 4G Category 4 speeds (up to 150Mbps) and can connect up to 10 devices simultaneously. However, like most carrier-subsidized hardware, it is locked to Vodafone’s network.
Under EU and UK law, if you have finished your contract or purchased the device outright, the carrier must unlock it for free.

A: Restart the device. You should see the new carrier name on the LCD screen. If you don't, perform a factory reset via a paperclip in the reset hole (next to the USB port).
