This chip is commonly found in inexpensive capture dongles (Amazon, eBay, generic brands) labeled "EasyCAP", "HD Video Capture", or "USB 2.0 Video Capture". Windows 10 may not automatically find drivers because there are three different chips using the same generic name. Using the wrong driver will cause a "Code 10" or "Code 43" error.
